Contact RIS 3 Net

The process of developing the Smart Specialization Strategy of the MAC Area and its Action Plan, together with the training received by the technical staff members of the R&D&i System in the RIS3_Net and Ris3_Net2 projects, the demonstration actions carried out and the network of technological surveillance and competitive intelligence launched, have provided the agents with competence in areas of R&D an Innovation policy within the MAC Area to promote and offer advice to other Regions for the development of Smart Specialization Strategies with a transregional scope, thus supporting the conviction expressed by the European Committee of the Regions that “the S3 goes beyond the individual strategies of the Regions and that they should be used to promote a more effective innovation policy and encourage cooperation interregional”.
